We are hiring a Senior Amazon Account Executive (Male) with 2–3 years of professional experience in managing Amazon seller accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Amazon’s platform operations, advertising tools, and marketplace compliance. This role requires a results-driven mindset with the ability to strategise, execute, and grow online sales while maintaining top-tier account health.
What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Amazon Seller Central account.
- Create and manage optimised product listings with strong SEO, A+ content, and engaging visuals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns for improved visibility and conversions.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams to avoid stockouts.
- Monitor and maintain account health, including late shipment rate, ODR, feedback, and returns.
- Identify and implement growth opportunities through competitor analysis and market trends.
- Analyse performance reports, keyword rankings, and advertising results to optimize strategies.
- Handle escalations, customer queries, and Amazon policy compliance matters.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to improve listings and brand presence.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon algorithm updates, new tools, and policy changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar Amazon account management role.
- Proven ability to manage and grow Amazon sales performance.
- Strong command of Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, and advertising tools.
- Experience in Amazon PPC campaign creation, bidding strategies, and budget management.
- Skilled in using Amazon analytics tools (e.g., Business Reports, Brand Analytics).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with third-party tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa.
- Knowledge of Amazon international marketplaces (e.g., Amazon USA, UK).
- Basic knowledge of image editing or product branding is a plus.
