Job description:

We are looking for people from all backgrounds who want to make an impact on the millions of wholesale and retail business owners and manage the sales of our products in different states of the USA. As we expand our operations, we are eager to bring on board a Sales Team Supervisor who will lead our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) towards achieving our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and supervise a team.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in collaboration with the sales management team.
  • Ensure the team effectively identifies new prospects, researches industry trends, creates needs-based solutions, and closes sales.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve the team’s sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Facilitate a positive and dynamic work environment that encourages team spirit and high performance.
  • Report on sales activities and forecast to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and allocate resources efficiently to optimize team performance.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (16 years of education).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.


What we offer:

  • A basic salary of up to PKR 120,000.
  • A chance of earning up to or more than PKR 300,000 with uncapped and quick commissions.
