We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can balance creativity with analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of performance marketing channels but also bring strong expertise in branding, social media strategy, SEO, and CRM management. You will play a key role in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, leads, and brand equity.
What you will do
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to improve key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- A/B test creatives, messaging, and landing pages for performance uplift.
- A deep understanding of Branding, social media strategy, SEO and automation will be a plus.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of branding fundamentals and content strategy.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data and testing.
- Excellent communication skills.
