We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The role requires a well-rounded individual who can manage SEO, social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, and paid marketing campaigns. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to our company’s growth and digital presence.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and other digital advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Develop integrated strategies across digital platforms (social media, email, paid ads, SEO, etc.) and traditional marketing channels to promote products/services and enhance the brand’s credibility.
- Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence, ensuring consistency across all platforms and engaging with the target audience effectively.
- Analyze data and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
