We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in generating new business opportunities and driving the growth of our agency. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will engage in outbound cold calling, lead generation, and building relationships to nurture prospective clients through the sales process.

What You’ll Do

Conduct outbound cold calls and other outreach efforts to identify and engage potential clients.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions to ensure high satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and pricing plans.
Document all sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Provide input on sales strategies and market trends to support team goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
Strong desire to learn and grow in sales processes and techniques.
High energy, enthusiasm, and a client-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Availability for night shifts to align with international client schedules.
